Late Shri. K.C.Parmar, Parmar Properties Founder Chairman had multi-faceted involvements in various businesses as envisaged above which have earned a good name as Builder & Promoter in Pune.
He was well assisted by a team of experienced professionals and technocrats who have a wide experience of implementation of numerous such projects. He had introduced many novels and sophisticated ideas in construction and after sales services to customers. He had introduced a wide range of construction schemes 1985 onwards and since then he always enjoyed very high consumer preference.
Of course never forgotten his social responsibilities too.
